ACM is a calculated risk taker at its core and ACM puts always the safety first, not to mention that ACM puts people first before himself as well. Because these risks exist, you should not ever participate in any meal plans available from and by ACM himself if you are in poor health or have a

If you choose to participate in these risks, you do so of your own free will and accord, knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks associated with such dietary activities. These risks may also exist for those who are currently in good health at this time.

As with any exercise program, you assume certain risks to your health and safety. Any form of exercise program can cause injuries, and ACM's programs are no exception at all. It is possible that you may become injured doing the exercises in your program, especially if they are done with poor performance or without the proper knowledge and right leadership. Although detailed instruction is included for each exercise by ACM.

Be aware that ACM's programs (like any other exercise programs from elsewhere) do involve a risk of injury if it is not followed as instructed. If you choose to participate in these risks you do so of your own free will and accord, knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks associated with such exercise activities. These risks may also exist for those who are currently in good health at this time.

ACM is not a medical practitioner. ACM's advice whether it is on ACM website, in ACM's custom meal plans, exercise programs is not meant as a substitute for medical advice. You must consult your own doctor before beginning any of the meal plans or exercise programs with no exceptions. You are using ACM's plans, programs, workouts and coaching at your own risk and ACM is not responsible for any injuries or health problems you may experience or even death as a result of using all ACM's services. It is to be made clear that ACM is not responsible for any injuries or health problems you may experience or even death as a result of using any of ACM's products or services period. ACM has the right to remain silent for disclosures.

GENERALLY EXPECTED RESULTS

As stated before, ACM stands for the FIT FOR BUSINESS status and double standards which means that FIT FOR BUSINESS status refers to a company's health and readiness, encompassing its financial stability, operational efficiency, market alignment like Problem-Solution Fit and Product-Market Fit and the well-being of its people, meaning it's prepared to thrive, grow and handle challenges by having strong internal and external connections - strategy fit and external relevance. It's a holistic view of being well-organized, resilient and aligned with customer needs and market changes not just profitable. Although ACM's products and services are intended to be fully implemented, sometimes they are not which could result in a lack of performance / progress / results for the user / consumer / member official or unofficial of ACM. If you implement the products and services from ACM correctly you should see great results, however it must be disclaimed that even when consumers implement any products or services in full from ACM it is still possible that you as a consumer will not get the results you may have expected and it is also possible that you will not lose fat or gain muscle or achieve any positive results of any kind in short or long periods of time.

TESTIMONIAL DISCLAIMER

All the transformations and testimonials are for real. However, it must be disclaimed that these testimonials are not claimed to represent typical results with ACM's meal plans and workout programs. They are meant as a showcase of what the most motivated and dedicated people can achieve by following ACM's personalized meal plans and workout programs. Your results may vary and you may not get the same results compared to someone else when using ACM's products and services due to differences in your individual exercise history, genetics and personal motivation / dedication. The end results you may get / or may not get will depend upon the individuals and how much effort you really put in. And of course you have to start to invest money in yourself not to mention to be patient because all the results will eventually come. It's important what you drink, eat, when to sleep as well.

IMPORTANT RECURRING BILLING INFORMATION

If you purchase ACM's programs then you will be automatically charged every period and you will continue to receive new updated meal plans and workout programs for the time that you choose to remain a client with a membership status. If you have purchased a program during / not during any promotional periods and have redeemed that specific promotion (example: supplements, clothing, etc) you are not eligible for a refund because ACM's services are only a one time service in terms of offerings and there is no return policy, especially for digital programs and diets.

When you purchase any of ACM's programs including diets and trainings you are not eligible for any type of refund, as specified above ACM's programs are up for selling one time per customer with no return policy, once bought it is sold permanently and ACM is not responsible of what you are doing with the diets and trainings that comes in a digital version, after the purchase has been made by you. ACM is not responsible either if the customer doesn't follow and apply exactly what ACM is selling online.

There is no refund policy after you bought something but after a while you've changed your mind or you bought it by mistake as there is no mistake about what ACM is selling / offering. When you purchase some of the ACM apparel (example: t-shirts, hoodies, training gloves, safety shoes etc.) you are eligible for full refund as long as the products are returned the way it was sent with original packaging, in original shape and form, not to mention as fully functional products. 14 days maximum after the purchase was done but still the products must not be used with opened packages or damaged goods. If ACM's products does not meet these requirements the 14 days of

"cooling-off" period as in return policy will be taken out of discussions. However if you purchase custom jerseys, t-shirts with custom names you are not eligible for any refund (partial and / or full). Once printed it's 120% your own product and cannot be refunded, and no returns is acceptable by ACM's standards. Some of the products are 120% returnable and full refund is acceptable so make sure you read the description of specific product that appears over our shop page before deciding which product you are interested in.

The EU mandates a 14-day "cooling-off" period (right of withdrawal) for most online and distance purchases by allowing you to return items without reason; This period starts after you receive the goods. Sellers must refund the purchase price and standard delivery costs within 14 days of cancellation but generally, consumers cover return shipping unless the seller as ACM offers to pay or fails to inform you about this cost beforehand. This right doesn't typically apply to personalized items, perishable goods, sealed software (once unsealed) or services like hotel / plane tickets and it's distinct from in-store purchases, which depend on the shop's policy.

Key aspects of the 14-day return policy:

Applies to: Online, phone or mail-order sales (distance selling) and only to physical products, anything but digital has no return policy.
Start Date: The day after you receive the goods or the service contract begins.
No Reason Needed: You can cancel for any reason (buyer's remorse).
Refunds: Full price + standard delivery costs may be refunded by ACM within 14 days of notice.
Return Costs: Usually it's your own responsibility, unless the seller as ACM agrees to pay or failed to inform you.
Extended Period: If the seller as ACM doesn't inform you of your right to withdraw, the period does not extends.
Exceptions: Hotel bookings, plane / train tickets, bespoke goods, unsealed software / digital content, perishable items and purchases from private individuals.
Warranty: The products and / or services sold out online by ACM, some of them have a "no warranty" clause, however if some products like (training bags, safety shoes, gloves etc) does arrive to the buyers in a bad quality standard produced by ACM only then ACM takes full responsibility to communicate with the buyers and try coming up with any solution to the specific situations / and problems where the buyers may be unhappy with the purchases. It may be the same product, but a new one at the same price the first purchase was done or a full refund where the buyers gets their money back. Keep in mind that also the buyers must get in contact with ACM by all means and communicate clearly if anything is wrong with their purchase *any of them*. ACM has every right to check every order, every package before and after the package is being delivered and arriving back to ACM. If any package as of ACM official product that appears over the website is missing and / or damaged only then ACM will investigate the specific situation / problem and only ACM has the right to decide what will be happening next that will be both beneficial to the buyers and to ACM.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

These terms and conditions apply to those promotions where you must redeem a promotional code as part of the offer.

The promotional code is valid for a limited time only. ACM reserves the right to modify or cancel it at any time. ACM also reserves the right to create or not create promotional codes at any time.
Each promotional code can be used only once unless otherwise specified.
Each promotional code applies only to qualifying items and / or holiday seasons.
The promotion is subject to all restrictions set forth in the offer.
Only one promotional code can be used each time.
The promotional code is not valid for VIP programs.
The promotional code is not valid for Beat The Clock Challenge programs or any programs or challenges.
The promotional code cannot be combined with other offer where the program price is discounted.
Promo Code field will not appear at checkout if the programs / products are not eligible for the promotional code.
Limit one promotional code per customer.
ACM reserves the right to void the transactions where prohibited.
ACM at any given time can take a decision to make or not to make any promotional codes and / or any discounts. All the prices of ACM's products and services are based on the level of the knowledge and secrets of how to achieve greatness and become the best version of yourself and ACM will not tolerate any bad communication and / or disrespect between its customers and clients.
ACM recommends and may apply doing sponsorships only long terms of relationships in the present days and / or in future endeavors.
ACM may accept new sponsorship dealings that is beneficial for both parties.
ACM recommends and may apply or not apply referral codes.
ACM can be recommended by friends or by referrals and / or endorsements.
ACM product prices are dynamically changing so make sure you keep an eye over. ACM products may be updated from the shop.

If you violate any of the Terms and Conditions specified on ACM website, the promotion will be invalid and the promotional code discount will not apply. At ACM we reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any given time.
