CODE OF CONDUCT

Updated on 1st of January, 2026.

CODE OF ETHICS & RULES

A CODE OF CONDUCT is a formal written document and/or a page outlining the

ethical principles, rules and expected behaviors for individuals within a organisation

or group, guiding them to act with integrity, professionalism, fairness ensuring a very

positive, compliant, safe and respectful environment for both internal interactions and

external dealings. It sets clear standards and boundaries for CONDUCT defining what

is acceptable (confidentially, objectivity and competence) and what's not, holds ground

and members, anyone else accountable or being responsible for their own actions, by

being responsible for adherence example as following the safety protocols as target.

ACM takes actions by updating this CODE OF CONDUCT on this website. ACM reserves all the rights to remain absolutely 120% silent of everything else which is not written anywhere in this website. ACM stands for SILENCE SPEAKS VOLUMES.

KEY ASPECTS OF A CODE OF CONDUCT

Guidance: Provides a framework for decision-making and actions, acting as a

compass for employees or non-employees.

Standards: Defines norms for professional, social and ethical behavior covering areas

like honesty, loyalty, respect and conflict of interests.

Compliance: Ensures alignment with laws, regulations and company values by

promoting legal and ethical operations only.

Culture: Helps building strong relationships, both personal and professional

relationships but also builds a positive, inclusive and safe work environment by

setting expectations for equal treatment and interaction.

Accountability: Establishes consequences for violations, ensuring members to

understand all their responsibilities.

CODE OF CONDUCT vs. CODE OF ETHICS

Code of Ethics: Aspirational, focusing on broad values, core values and principles by

doing what's best for business and for anyone else as individuals.

Code of Conduct: Specific, rule-based and practical what to do exactly and what not

to do.

Relationship: A CODE OF ETHICS often forms a strong foundation for the more

detailed rules in a CODE OF CONDUCT. In essence it is the rulebook for how to

behave within a specific setting, ensuring everyone's private life that is safe and

to ensure that everyone follows and operates consistently and ethically, by being

not only theoretically but also practically.

""By being not only theoretically but also practically" means and describes achieving

real-world effectiveness, moving beyond just understanding concepts (theory) to

actually implementing them successfully (practice), bridging the gap where ideas

meet reality often involving testing, application and adapting to real variables for

tangible results as exemplified by Kurt Lewin's quote, "There is nothing more

practical than a good theory." which means making abstract knowledge useful in

concrete situations, a core aspect of disciplines like philosophy (practical philosophy)

and sciences.""

ACM IS COMMITTED TO APPLY THIS "COC"

ACM is both personally and professionally committed to fighting toxicity and unfair play

by applying this CODE OF CONDUCT (COC). In this continued effort, we have set and

established a Brand New Name and Image as recognised as ACM itself. The ACM is

all against unlawful operations such as: Disrespect, Violence, Criminal acts, Fraud,

Defamation, Personal attacks, attacking ACM as a new identity, a symbol for an

honorable man, including the Brand's Name and Image of ACM, terrorism, assault,

invading someone's life privacy and any other damage that can be caused at any time

and place by anyone else. ACM exists only to prevent any past, present or future

damages. ACM learns from past experiences as well.

While there isn't one single universal symbol, common representations for an

honorable man often involve concepts like Truth, Integrity, Loyalty and Courage

often depicted through figures like knights or samurai or symbolic items such as

a lion (strength/nobility), a sword (justice/duty) or a white lily (purity/virtue), by

embodying actions like keeping promises, serving others, serve and protect and

upholding high moral standards.

Common Symbols and Qualities:

  • Lion: Represents courage, nobility and strength of character/

  • Sword: Symbolizes justice, duty and the readiness to defend principles.

  • White Lily/Rose: Signifies purity, virtue and integrity.

  • Knight/Samurai: Archetypes embodying chivalry, honor codes and self-sacrifice.

BEHAVIOURS

Treat everyone with Respect. At ACM, we do not tolerate bullying or harassment direct

or indirect including derogatory comments based on race, gender, identity or any other

expression, sexual orientation, age, culture, religion, mental or physical ability and/or

national origin or the glorification of any person, program or movement that promotes

discrimination or violence based on any of the above by applying this "COC". All official

or unofficial members of ACM community should be treated with dignity and respect.

Communication with others, whether through text or voice chat should not contain any

offensive or harmful language and/or images. Hate speech and any discriminatory

language are offensive and unacceptable by ACM's standards as are bullying and

threatening another individual.

LET'S FIGHT WITH INTEGRITY: Competitive integrity is at the heart of the ACM logo.

Progression is earned through good, fair path to success. Harassment or other threats

to fair play will never ever be tolerated by ACM. You are responsible for how your own

account is used and/or being used for. Exploiting any other activity that provides an

unfair advantage is considered A BREACH OF LAW. ACM IS THE LAW.

LET'S STAY VIGILANT: Together at ACM, we all can keep a real, fair, fun, enjoyable

and very pleasant experience for everyone that can adhere to and agree to. Please

report incidents or inappropriate behavior.

SECURITY AND ENFORCEMENT: ACM is committed to providing a fun and fair experience for all to enjoy and consider our role in detecting and addressing violations

vital to maintaining a high level and enjoyable playing field. If you do believe that a suspension or termination of a contract was unfairly imposed, you can file an appeal.

Learn more about ACM's Security and Enforcement policies here. Security and Enforcement policies do involve protecting people, assets and data through technologies and personnel (like POLICE or PRIVATE GUARDS) to ensure that rules

are followed, prevent threats and respond to incidents by covering public safety (Europol, NATIONAL POLICE) to private sectors (CORPORATE SECURITY, GAME

POLICIES) and financial security (LENDER RECOVERY). Enforcement brings these

securiy measures to life, applying controls like firewalls, access controls or physical presence to uphold standards and deter violations.

Key Areas of Security and Enforcement: Public Safety and Law Enforcement

Police, Military Police or Specialized Agencies (like EUROPOL) enforce laws, protect

citizens and Counter Crime/Terrorism, often using advanced tech like very big data analytics, hacks, cheats.

Corporate and Digital Security: Companies enforce policies via firewalls, multi-factor

authentication (MFA) and access controls to protect data and systems from breaches.

Private Security: Guards and Security Police protect specific properties or events by

maintaining order and detaining suspects until public police arrives.

Financial Security: Lenders enforce security interests (collateral) to recover debts, often through legal processes outside court (SARFAESI INDIAN ACT) or mortgage

enforcement in The Netherlands.

Online and Gaming: Companies like Activision have security teams that enforce user policies, reviewing infractions before action like bans.

Security establishes the rules, assets and vulnerabilities (example a firewall protecting

a network). Enforcement applies and upholds those rules (example the firewall blocks

unauthorized traffic). This balance often involves navigating fundamental rights, data

privacy (GDPR) and the evolving challenges of digital environments, requiring robust

legal frameworks and ethical considerations.

Unlawful operations refer to any activity performed without legal authority or violation of laws, regulations or proper conduct covering a broad spectrum from minor to major infractions like driving off-road where prohibited to serious crimes as assault, fraud, terrorism or even actions outside legal bounds like the real unauthorized government surveillance "BLACK OPS" or historical euphemisms for illegal abortions all implying a

breach of established rules or rights. Actions performed without legal authority or the

proper social conduct which leads to a contrary to established rules and statutes. Contrast with "ILLEGAL" while often used interchangeably "UNLAWFUL" can be broader encompassing breaches of rules as handball in sports while "illegal" strictly means against the written law. ACM is about lifestyle, fitness, gym workouts so it is considered a sport business at its core.
